New Delhi: In the lieu of the RNRL case, Mr. Anil Ambani himself made a debutant entry in the Supreme Court.
Anil Ambani went straight to the chambers of senior counsel Ram Jethmalani, at whose insistence he was there on Tuesday, though RNRL’s arguments started on Thursday.
Anil Ambani said, “My presence in the Hon’ble Supreme Court today reflects my deepest regard and respect for our judiciary.”
“I have come here today not just on my own behalf, but on behalf of the nearly 11 million shareholders of the Reliance ADA Group — the largest shareholding family in the world — whose interests will be directly affected by the outcome of this case.”
