New Delhi: The National Investigating Agency (NIA) has registered a case against suspected terrorist David Headley and his accomplice Tahawwur Hussain Rana.
Headley had visited India “several times before 26/11 and once after” the Mumbai terror strikes which left about 180 people dead.
