Chennai: Union Communication and IT Minister A Raja today released a postage stamp in the name of Apollo Hospitals and said that the group has been of vital assistance towards the healthcare services in the country.
Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister M K Stalin added that the distinctiveness of Apollo Hospitals is that it has good doctors, better equipment and offered world class treatment.
In the mean time, Apollo Knee Clinics will be launched in 20 hospitals across 12 locations in the next couple of weeks.
The first set of six clinics (Apollo Hospitals – Jubilee Hills, Hyderguda, Secunderabad, Kanchanbagh in Hyderabad and Karimnagar and Kakinada) are operational,” said Sanghita Reddy executive director Apollo Hospitals.
“These clinics will function between 5 and 8 pm on all working days in all the locations,” he added.
