Temptress Kim Cattrall known for her star role in Sex and the City got rid of her usual sexy image and put on a little more staid outfit this week.
The popular actress, maneater Samantha Jones in the abovementioned series, has not minded appearing in a magnificent royal blue gown and cap of Liverpool John Moores University. The star has been made an honorary fellow there.
The graduation ceremony was held in the city’s cathedral where the 53-year-old star was spotted with her mom Shane Cattrall. As the actress confessed, her dream finally came true.
Kim Cattrall was born in Liverpool in its Mossley Hill area. When she was three months old, she moved to Canada with her family.
Later the star stressed the importance of education and family from the lectern. She pointed out that her family was with her on that day: her mother, cousins and friends. According to her, all of them have given her such confidence to force her to believe that she could achieve absolutely everything that she wanted just working hard and staying true to herself.
The actress finished her speech saying that she felt extremely connected to Liverpool.
